Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is delighted to announce an exciting collaboration with the National Carrier, SriLankan Airlines, as the powered by partner for an upcoming series of exclusive events featuring the renowned British-Australian Michelin Star celebrity chef and former original judge of MasterChef Australia, Gary Mehigan. The culinary extravaganza is scheduled to take place from November 30 to December 2, 2023.

SriLankan Airlines will serve as the flown-in partner, facilitating Gary Mehigan’s arrival in Sri Lanka for an extraordinary culinary experience that the island has yet to witness. As part of this partnership, Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts will host exclusive five-course dinners curated by Gary Mehigan at the London Grill, followed by a grand event at Atrium, Cinnamon Grand Colombo on November 30 and December 1 respectively. The culinary journey will culminate with a carvery at Cheers Pub, Cinnamon Grand Colombo, on December 2, along with a delightful High Tea at Atrium on the same day.

During his visit, Gary Mehigan will have the opportunity to explore the culinary excellence of SriLankan Airlines by visiting its flight kitchen and experiencing the preparation of in-flight meals.
