Sri Lanka Ministry suggests death penalty or life for abusers of women and children

July 17, Colombo: Sri Lanka Minister of Child Development and Women's Affairs Tissa Karalliyadde says that a draft proposal recommending to impose maximum punishment for the abusers and rapists of women and children has been submitted to the Ministry of Justice.
