Dialog Launches Future Zone at Lotus Tower

Dialog Axiata PLC, extended an open invitation to all Sri Lankans to experience the latest cutting-edge technologies at its recently inaugurated state-of-the-art, innovation-focused space – Dialog Future Zone, located on the first floor of the Lotus Tower, open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, where entry is free-of-charge.

 The Future Zone offers visitors the opportunity to experience the latest advancements in areas such as 5G, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Virtual Reality (VR). Visitors can also learn about Dialog’s ongoing projects and initiatives, such as the development of smart cities and the implementation of sustainable energy solutions.

 “We are excited to open the doors of the Future Zone to the public and give them a glimpse into the future of technology,” said Supun Weerasinghe, Group Chief Executive of Dialog Axiata PLC. “At Dialog, we are constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible, and the Future Zone is a reflection of our commitment to innovation and progress. We believe that this exhibition space will inspire curiosity, creativity and learning among all who visit it.”

 Additionally, Dialog will collaborate with universities, research institutes and other partners to provide workshops, lectures, and educational activities at the Future Zone, which will be open to students and professionals alike. These activities will be aimed at inspiring the next generation of technology leaders and innovators.

 “We believe that the Future Zone will not only be a source of inspiration and education for the public, but also a platform for collaboration and knowledge sharing among industry experts,” added Mr. Weerasinghe.

 Dialog Future Zone also features a Smart Home model room demonstrating the latest smart home & Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, best-in-breed enterprise solutions, and a range of innovative research and development initiatives powered by ‘Dialog 5G Innovation Centre’ ecosystem at leading Universities and ‘Innovation Foundry’ – the innovation arm of the Company.Inauguration of the Dialog Future Zone.
