PHI’s on strike today

Public Health Inspectors (PHI)’s will go on island wide strike today in protest of the killing of a PHI while on duty on Monday(9) , spokesman of Sri Lanka Public Health Inspectors Association Upul Rohana said.

Public Health Inspector (PHI) Mohommed Faleel (54) was killed after being beaten by a householder using a club during dengue inspection in Mollipothana , Kantale.
