Shahid Afridi, wants to play in the next edition of the SLPL
Pakistani all-rounder Shahid Afridi who left the ongoing “SLPL” half way through owing to a personal issue, says he wants to come back and play in the next edition of the SLPL
Issuing a statement explaining his urgent departure from the ongoing SLPL, Afridi announced “unfortunately there was an illness in my family and I had to leave”.
He also says that he was enjoying his game and time in Sri Lanka and would like to be back for the next season.
Afridi was playing for Ruhuna Royals, which so far has not fared well in the tournament.
