The Sasanaloka programme is being implemented again being a strength to the Samanera Bikkhus who had been ordained for the uplift of the Sambuddha Sasana.
It was launched for the second occasion at the Mangala Raja Maha Vihare in Seruwila. The Sasanaloka programme is in place to express gratitude for the Samanera monks and on behalf of the parents who had offered them to the Sasana. After the presentation of Buddha Statues and the offering of Sil cloth to the Samanera monks, They in turn offered them to their parents.
The programme also included the presentation of Dhamma books for the Samanera monks who are pursuing education. The Sasanaloka programme was implamented under the patronage of Chief Incumbent of the Mangala Raja Maha Vihare in Seruwila , the Ven. Seruwila Saranakitthi Thera and ITN Chairman Rosmand Senaratne.
