Spa Ceylon, Sri Lanka’s premier spa and lifestyle brand is now expanding its operations to reach new international markets around the world. By the end of December 2014, Spa Ceylon will offer its range of products and services in over 25 branded stores in 10 countries around the world. A total of 18 boutiques, along with seven combined boutiques and spas will be operational in Europe, the Indian subcontinent and South-East Asia. With its rich heritage, a wealth of expertise and strong Ceylonese identity, Spa Ceylon has become the leading luxury Ayurveda brand in the world that is renowned for promoting health, well-being and relaxation.

Spa Ceylon has become a dynamic force in the global luxury wellness sector and currently operates branded stores, boutiques and spas in Sri Lanka and around the world. In a short period of time, the company has taken its local luxury Ayurveda brand to the world and has a global presence in Istanbul, Turkey; Moscow, Russia; Fukuoka, Japan; Singapore; Seoul, Korea and Mumbai, India. By the end of 2014, the company will also be expanding its operations to leading malls in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Karachi, Pakistan; and Male in the Maldives.

In 2015, Spa Ceylon will extend its brand footprint to 50 outlets worldwide, by opening an additional 25 boutiques and spas in existing markets whilst simultaneously expanding its reach to new markets in Asia. In 2015, the company will also mark its entry into the African market with boutiques being opened in five strategic tourist hubs across the continent in South Africa, Seychelles, Kenya and Mauritius. The company also plans to enter five new markets in South-East Asia, Jakarta and Bali in Indonesia; Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
As Spa Ceylon looks ahead to the future, the company is preparing to increase its penetration in 15 markets that it currently operates in. Spa Ceylon will also begin spa operations in Singapore, India and Koreawhilst its presence in India will be expanded to all key metros in the country including Goa, New Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai. Spa Ceylon is also looking to enter the vast US luxury well-being market by 2016, with a strategic partnership with a leading US-based retail house.
