Filling nursing positions in a rural setting is a difficult enough task without a pandemic, Bethany Retirement Living’s Senior Executive of Human Resources and Safety Adam Broers explained. "Nursing recruitment is a challenge no matter what, but particularly during the pandemic, I would say it has worsened," he said
