Japan Foreign Minister, Ms. Yōko Kamikawa, called on President Ranil Wickremesinghe this afternoon (4) at the Presidential Secretariat. Foreign Minister Kamikawa praised the President’s efforts to overcome the economic crisis, as well as pursuing an ambitious economic reforms agenda
