Asian investment firm to acquire top Sri Lankan tech company
Asian investment firm EQT Private Capital Asia is to acquire top Sri Lankan tech company WSO2.
WSO2, the leader in digital transformation technology, announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by EQT.
